Based on a study by the US Chamber of Commerce 65% of people who became unemployed during the pandemic have no plan to return to the workforce until at least Q2 of 2022.
That is a disheartening statistic, however there are things you can do to maximize the time you spend on your hiring process and efficiently select the right candidates for the position.
