Guided Surgery: Treatment Planning and Design Single Unit and Full Arch Cases
Event Details
This course covers prosthetically driven guided surgery, using the prosthetic and restorative plans as the starting points for implant placement. Attendees will leave with the resources and workflows to begin treatment planning and designing surgical guides for simple and complex cases. We cover how to design both cement and screw retained single units and corresponding custom abutments. We’ll also review general cost savings and lab overhead reduction by bringing your dental CAD design services in-office.
With those design skills and CAD know-how under your belt, you can send your restorations to be milled for less than $30 per unit full zirconia. Custom abutments can be milled for $40 each. Transitional full arch prostheses can be manufactured for next-day delivery less than $50 per arch.
There will be a lot of information to review and ground to cover in two short days, so be prepared and pack your learning hats.
If you would like to experiment with exocad software prior to the course, we can send a demo dongle out to you beforehand (highly recommended).
