Faculty Honor Code

The Dental Success Network Faculty Honor Code

As a faculty of Dental Success Network:

  • I am here because I believe in DSN and just like DSN:
    • I want to reach those that need me most.
    • I have enough compassion to take people under my arm and guide them to avoid some of the mistakes I have made.
    • I have enough humility to help others reach places that even they didn’t know were possible.
    • I believe in leaving a legacy and I see that it is my generosity which will accomplish that.
  • I will participate with a spirit of integrity and honor. I will act and communicate with respect and  honesty. I will maintain confidentiality with respect to the owners, the other faculty and the members at all  times.
  • As a recognized leader within the Dental Success Network, I agree that maintaining a community of  positivity, candor, and empowerment is essential for the success of its members.
  • I understand that DSN wants me to sell every product and service that I have. Yet, I recognize that  when I add value to the community, I build trust amongst the members. Trust is what will lead to sales.  Excessive sales tactics will undermine trust. Less trust will lead to increased risk of members downvoting my  private channel. Low ranking channels run a risk of forcing DSN to replace the faculty or the channel.
  • I understand that DSN is firmly committed to the principle of honor and prides itself on the spirit of  trust that exists among all of its members. DSN is a way to connect members and faculty in a mutually  beneficial way. DSN will not hesitate to remove unruly guests on either side.
  • I understand that DSN will provide feedback regularly on faculty and member posts and techniques  that are working. You will have the tools you need to corner the market inside DSN for the discipline you  satisfy. The higher the members rank you, the more fulfilling in every way this role will be.
  • I understand that should I fail to hold up my side of this as clearly defined above, I may be asked to  leave after zero, one, or multiple warnings.
  • DSN wants to provide for me, and I for them. If at any point I no longer feel this passion, I will let DSN  know and allow for timely faculty recruitment.
  • I understand this Honor Code is based on the principle that a spirit of trust should pervade all aspects  of the DSN community. Its essence is that any violation of the Honor Code is an offense against the  community.
